Daniel P Thrasher has produced content and run campaigns in a variety of formats for the web, with an emphasis on B2B audiences. Most recently, his digital work has targeted physicians, surgeons, and medical distributors, but he has also created B2C content.

BrandBuilders.io Content Marketing

As Chief Content Officer at BrandBuilders, Daniel manages the blog, email marketing, and content strategy for BrandBuilders.io.

 

He owns the entire blog production process, including keyword research, assigning topics to writers, editing final posts, optimizing posts for SEO, and releasing on a schedule. He is also responsible for using Convert Pro and conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices to boost opt-in rates and increase the size of the BrandBuilders email list. Under his watch, the list has jumped more than 20%.

Daniel also manages fulfillment for this affiliate marketing agency, ensuring high quality content deliverables for clients. This includes overseeing the editing team, improving and defining processes, and tracking metrics for quality assurance.

Niche Pursuits Blog

Daniel wrote several articles for the popular online blog, Niche Pursuits, with a focus on growing organic traffic and generating affiliate marketing revenue.

 

Duties include creating in-depth posts about marketing and ecommerce topics for a business audience, conducting keyword research, finding new affiliate relationships, and analyzing metrics to optimize published content. Many of his articles now bring in significant monthly traffic for the site.

Common Ground Blog

Daniel has written and published content for Oxford, UK-based SEO agency Common Ground.

 

Duties include creating content, managing content optimization, and spearheading affiliate marketing efforts. He leads a team of several writers in producing regular content for the company's website and related Common Ground properties.
 

Burst Biologics Website and Blog

 As the first and sole content marketer at Burst Biologics for over a year, Daniel was responsible for all early decisions on messaging and tone. Daniel led multiple overhauls of site structure and content to better target different audiences, including clinicians, distributors, patients, and hospital administrators.
 

As editor for our four-member content team, Daniel was directly or indirectly responsible for all content published on Burst's website. This included more than 20 blog posts and 60 webpages.

Nerd Fitness Blog Post

Daniel wrote a blog post that was published on the popular NerdFitness blog. Couched in nerd terminology for a casual audience, this piece on "Actions Per Day" earned over 350 social shares!

Press Release

One way Daniel promoted the research efforts at Burst Biologics was to distribute press releases announcing that the company's research had been published. Below is a press release he wrote and distributed for the company's bone consolidation research.

Interview

Daniel interviewed the CEO of Burst Biologics, Christopher D Jones, for the journal's online portal RegMedNet. This provided Burst additional publicity for its in-house research and reinforced the company's USP as a research-based biotech firm.
 

Research Papers

Daniel edited three scientific research articles in collaboration with the company's Ph.D. research team. All three papers were subsequently published in Regenerative Medicine, a peer-reviewed journal. 
 

Article
